How DBT Daily Skills handles information.
DBT Daily Skills is provided by RapidDev Solutions Inc.
Effective October 6, 2026
Information stored on your device
The app stores Favorites, browsing position, reminder settings, usage dates, and review-prompt history on your device to support features and remember your choices.
The app and its widget share a local card catalog and daily-card settings. Reflection prompts are displayed text; the app does not save written journal responses.
Information sent from the app
The app does not send your Favorites, browsing position, reminder preferences, or local usage history to the developer. It does not include third-party advertising or analytics services, and it does not require an account.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in the app or in iOS Settings.
Apple services and backups
Apple handles purchases and system review prompts under its privacy policies and your device settings. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.
App data may be included in device backups managed through Apple or your computer, depending on your settings. The app does not operate a cloud-sync service.
Your choices and data retention
You can change Favorites and reminder settings within the app. Turn off Daily reminder or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings to stop future reminders.
Preferences remain until changed or deleted. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading may retain it. Manage backups separately in your device and backup settings.
Support and privacy questions
For support or privacy questions, contact support@dbtdaily.app.
Josh handles support messages on behalf of RapidDev Solutions Inc. If you contact support, the company receives the contact information and message you choose to provide and uses them to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive health information.
Support email is handled through Gmail. Google processes those messages as the email service provider. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its services.
Support emails are archived and retained without a fixed automatic deletion period. Archiving keeps the message; it does not delete it. You may contact support with a privacy request, including a request about access to or deletion of your correspondence.
Policy changes
We may update this policy if the app or our information-handling practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
